Delivery
Orders that are not specified in the explanation section will be delivered to the Cargo / Courier company in 5 working days at the latest.
Product Return
You can return your products, which have not exceeded 15 days from the date of receipt of your order, whose tags have not been removed and which have not been used, and whose resaleability has not been compromised, with all accessories complete and with the invoice, firstly by sending an e-mail to info@maisonyanes.com with the return code sent to you. There is an information link about the return process in your order e-mail.
Our company is not responsible for the packages sent without a Return Code being created by us.
Embroidered pajamas will be returned considering the embroidery fee and shipping fee.
Returns and exchanges of embroidered robes and embroidered shoes are not accepted.
Returns are not accepted on discounted products.
Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you against a charge. For this reason, we recommend that you try your products as soon as possible so that they do not deteriorate when they reach you, and return the ones you think are unsuitable as stated above.
Product Exchange
You can send your exchange cargo with the return code that is sent to you, after sending an e-mail to info@maisonyanes.com with all accessories and invoices, for your products that have not exceeded 15 days from the date you received your order, their tags have not been removed and their resaleability has not been impaired.
Our company is not responsible for the cargos sent without a Return Code.
The shipping fee is paid by the BUYER (customer) for product exchanges other than faulty and defective products.
Returns and exchanges of embroidered dressing gowns and embroidered shoes are not accepted.
Refund
When the product you want to return reaches us, a notification message will be sent to you that we have received your product. A notification e-mail will also be sent regarding the acceptance/rejection of the product return.
Refunds will be made considering the embroidery fee and shipping fee for the return of the embroidered pajamas.
The payment of the returned product will be made to your credit card within 3 working days. After your refund is approved by us, you must follow up the whole process within 3 working days by contacting your bank. In case the refund is delayed or not made, first of all, we ask you to contact the bank that your card belongs to. Except for the defective product, the shipping fee belongs to the customer for returns and exchanges.
